The day went very well with still no pain or temperature.  Dr Li changed the bandage on the back of my neck and as he cleaned it asked if I had any pain. No I have none which surprises him.  They did not take out the wire because it has partially grown into the bone.  Chris and Hito are both in a lot of pain unfortunately.  Chris since since Friday, so I guess I am very lucky.

Temple swelling has gone down, the face is still puffy but getting better.  Jenny, you were right about the swelling, very good info. I am on normal diet and should be able to sit up tomorrow.  I am not as sleepy as I have been and so everything is returning to normal.  Thank you everyone for the prayers and support.  It may have more than a little to do with my lack of pain and easier time of it.
